The Star Blessing
A couple of years ago I was a participant in a workshop in which we were to write messages from the Angels. One of the other particpants
was having a tough time doing this and came to me for help. I asked Spirit’s guidance and in a few moments, with some gentle words and Spirit energy, I instantly opened her channel. She got a flood of information after that.

Greetings! 
On Summer Solstice I was in ceremony in an Arizona Pine forest. I had my first Vision Quest!
I was three days out on a mountain top with no one but insects and Spirit to talk to.
During that time I reached a deeper understanding of the power of Spirit in every aspect of Life. From the mundane (“Spirit Please get these flies away from my space”) to the profound when I was gifted the Star Blessing.
I passed through many stages of fear and doubt on my Quest to find the one true reality. LOVE. On the last day, Spirit filled me up with the pure energy they send to us on Earth every day, only we are unconscious of it. Alone in a beautiful forest I felt it. Immense and powerful it came into my heart center so big I couldn’t contain it. It came out in joyful bursts of laughter. I was directed to hold it in and let it permeate my being. When I finally could contain the Love, holding my breath in and trying not to laugh, I could feel my cells being nourished, and peace flowing through me.
Now I find I can still connect with the Love I felt. Quieter, softer, but ever present. It sings to me to keep me on my path of Trust in Spirit for all my life.
My Vision Quest was truly a magical experience in which I was gifted many visions, messages and answers to many prayers. While in this sacred place I have been directed to share a miraculous gift with you. The Star Blessing. Please read more about it on the left column.
I am still getting amazing insights and gifts as part of the Vision Quest experience that I will be sharing with the world in the times to come.

We use intuition whether we are aware of it or not. We are in constant communication with our higher consciousness, through our psychic senses, and with our connection to Spirit.
It is through the higher senses that we are guided by Spirit and shown foresight to our actions. Only those unconscious of their own thought process – being deaf and blind to the information that is coming into their awareness – dis-believe that they have higher senses, or intuition. This is not a judgment, only a statement of the reality of being aware or not aware. The reason that meditation is touted as a spiritual practice that enhances your intuition is because it is during meditation that we become aware of our own consciousness and can utilize this awareness to have an understanding of how our minds and higher senses work.
